Mies van der Rohe's Filling Station

9:54 PM

Mies designed this gas station in 1969 in the little community of Nun's Island.  It was commisioned by Imperial Oil.  These images show the clean lines that are characteristic of mies' work and the function of the station seems contrary to today's typical gas stations.
